Can my family and I use same computer to register and access accounts ?

Yes, you and your family members can use the same computer for both registering and accessing accounts. However, each member will need to have their own account, as multiple accounts for a single member are strictly prohibited.

Can more than one person use the same Internet and IP address to create new accounts ?

Yes, our system allows up to 3 new registrations from a single IP within a 24 hour period. Please wait until the 24 hours have passed to register additional accounts.

I want to create an account in a particular payment system, but am not sure how this is done ?

It is fairly easy to open an account with any of the payment methods accepted by Omegabit. If you are having any difficulties registering with a particular system, try searching for instructional videos on YouTube by entering the payment system’s name in the search field. Contact our customer support via email support. In such a case, you may need to provide as many details as possible to help verify your identity. The common method is to provide your deposit transaction details, so do not forget to send this information in the support email.

I no longer have access to the e-mail account that I used for registration in the system. Can you change the e-mail in my account ?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email and payment method accounts are secure. However, OmegaBit has a default security feature which allows withdrawing profit into the same payment system(s) account that you used for your deposit(s).

How do I make a Deposit so I can invest?

Can I make multiple deposits using different payment systems ?

Yes, you can. Keep in mind that whichever payment system you use for an investment, your withdrawals will be sent to that same respective payment system. You can keep track of your withdrawal history on the Withdrawal page, as well as in your payment system account.

The amount that I had deposited or withdrawn is less than what I had expected. Was I charged fees ?

Based on fees charged to Omagebit by exchangers, brokers, swaps, payment systems and transactions, fees are required for deposits and withdrawals.

I have a missing Deposit. What should I do ?

Missing deposits need to be reported within 7 days to the Omegabit Helpdesk. Choose the “Deposit” ticket type and include all the relevant details: reference/batch/transaction numbers, your payment processor id and the deposit amount. Please wait for a response from support first before replying, to retain the position of your ticket in the queue.

How can I deposit via BTC-e or BTC ?

BTC can be traded in BTC-e site. You need BTC-e USD balances to use in MS.
Here is the process for it:
login to https://btc-e.com/ then click on Finances (https://btc-e.com/profile#funds), to generate code you must have balance in USD, if you do not have balance in BTC then click on trade (https://btc-e.com/exchange) and trade your BTC to USD.
In the Finance page click on withdraw button at right side of USD (https://btc-e.com/profile#funds/withdraw/usd) on "Withdrawal on the purse:" select BTC-e Code and put how much amount to generated, it will send you email to confirm and reject with link. Once you click on confirm link in email it will give you code to use.

How much will be my total return when making an investment in Omegabit?

You will receive a total return of 150% of your investment. Your total return includes both your deposit (100%) + your profit (50%).

How much are the returns that I can receive daily?

We guarantee a minimum return daily of 0.25% and up to the maximum of 2.25%. Daily return rates are based on the traders performances on various tradings.

Why are the returns on weekends just 0.25% for Forex, Commodities and Stocks ?

Since we are doing real trading which is only operational on business days, the maximum returns are not available on weekends. We manage to cover the returns on non-business days with additional funds we have collected throughout the week.

Yes, you can effectively compound to maximize your portfolio by first transferring your Profit Available into your wallet and then make a new investment. How do I transfer my Profit Available so I can invest or withdraw ?

Go to your Dashboard, click on Transfer and there you will see investments that have recently given you returns above $2.50 that are eligible for transfers. After transferring to your wallet, you can again invest or withdraw to payment method instantly. Your “Profit Available” is defined as all returns recently given from all active investments above $0.00.

Can I transfer and withdraw profits/commissions from my new investments ?

Yes, you can transfer profit/commissions any time instantly to your internal wallet as soon as you have minimum transfer amount.

I have less than the minimum transfer amount required and it’s last part of my profit. Will I be able to transfer this amount ?

As its a last part of your investment, there is no limit to transfer funds to your internal wallet.

When will I receive my withdrawal ?

All withdrawals are processed instantly.

Is there a waiting time before withdrawing ?

After you have transferred your Profit Available/Commissions to your OmegaBit wallet, you can withdraw it to your respective payment method account instantly. The minimum amount to withdraw is $5.

When I deposit using one payment system, can I withdraw into another payment system ?

I have more than the minimum withdrawal amount in the Profit Available. Why I am not able to withdraw this exact amount ?

Your “Profit Available” is the total returns from all your active investments over $0.00. To withdraw, you must first transfer returns and/or commissions to your wallet.

I have pending/missing withdrawal. What should I do ?

This rare occurrence is due to a server communication error between the servers of the payment method and OmegaBit. Please wait up to 5-15 minutes before reporting via support ticket, choosing the appropriate ticket type. You must be report this issue in a ticket within 7 days and provide all the necessary details in your ticket and wait for a response before replying, which under normal circumstances within 24-48 hours.

Although I received my withdrawal in my payment method account, but this same amount is shown as pending on my withdrawal page. What should I do about this error ?

You can send your received transaction details via support ticket, we can update it to completed transaction. Monthly audits are performed to correct such transaction errors. However, it is your responsibility to report such issues via support ticket. After correcting this issue, it is possible that your account show a negative balance having more withdrawn than earned, which is normal.

Does OmegaBit have a referral system ?

Can I change my sponsor ?

I do not have funds on any of the payment systems you accept. Can I use PayPal, Payza, btc-e, Bitcoin or my VISA / MasterCard ?

Do you directly accept Bitcoin ?

Bitcoin is not directly accepted. However, you can load your Bitcoins into SolidTrust Pay, OKPAY, Payeer or Neteller. You can also use an exchanger for Bitcoins into USD and then fund one of our accepted payment method for depositing and withdrawing in OmegaBit.

Can I change my payment method ID in my account ?

This is not possible for an unverified OmegaBit member. But it is possible for verified members based on your case that need to change payment method account. When you are a verified OmegaBit member, only after all the investment(s) is inactive (already paid 150%) then you your old wallet balance be transferred to new wallet balance. This is applicable for hacked account, country not supported by payment method.

How can I add my payment method ID in my OmegaBit wallet ?

It will be added automatically when you deposit for the first time into OmegaBit.

I need to remove/change payment method accounts, How can I do that ?

Accounts that are used to do any transaction like deposit, withdraw commissions are linked with transaction record. As a result it is not possible to remove/change in MS system due to compliance and technical issue.
